Ya I read about that on the NYTimes. I want to see how this turns how, and how the cabbies are gonna go crazy and run off bridges.

Yeah I don't know. In my head it should be interesting, but seeing that (a) I'm not a tourist and (b) prefer not to be around large groups of tourists, I don't really know how this'll effect me.
It makes sense though. I never see anyone driving through times square anyway but buses and cabs.
